Description

The subject of the auction is the 1/1 share of a 1088 m2 plot of land, built-up, without separate registration. Utility connection status: metered water supply. Photographs taken of the property are for informational purposes only. Pursuant to Section 51(5) of Act CCIX of 2011 - if the water utility provider has outstanding unsettled claims against the point of use based on a previous public utility service contract, then it may proceed with respect to that point of use in accordance with Section 58(1). I hereby inform the bidder that if water supply service has been established on the property and a fee arrears arises at its service location, in such a case the court enforcement officer has no knowledge of the existence of the claim or the amount of the arrears.
