Co-owner László Szabó, holding a 12/16 ownership share, has requested pursuant to Section 161 (2) of the Vht. that his ownership share be sold for a minimum amount of 15,750,000 HUF, which may not be reduced. Co-owner Glória Lázár, holding a 2/16 ownership share, has requested pursuant to Section 161 (2) of the Vht. that her ownership share be sold for a minimum amount of 2,625,000 HUF, which may not be reduced. Regarding the life interest registered in favor of Emília Horváth on the ownership share of co-owner Glória Lázár under point III/54 of the title deed (resolution number 343046/1/2023/04.05.2023), the usufructuary has consented to the deletion of the life interest; the deletion of the life interest is noted in the margin of the title deed. The auction deposit and the activation request must be received by the bailiff's office no later than the 3rd working day prior to the closing of the auction. Please be informed that in the event of a refund of the auction deposit for any reason, pursuant to Section 142 of the Vht., the transfer fee shall be deducted from the transferred amount in accordance with Section 132/F (4) of the Vht.
