According to Section 77 (2) of the Inytv.vhr., the real estate authority registers the mortgage based on the official decision, the enforcement right, and in the case of an auction based on the enforcement right registered in the land registry, the ownership of the auction buyer in the land registry with a conditional effect dependent on the outcome of the lawsuit or criminal proceedings. The registration must refer to the conditional effect.
