("under review"), designated as an independent cellar with an area of 30 m2. 2.) Real estate property registered under topographical lot number Sátoraljaújhely 3256/14, designated as an excluded press house with an area of 93 m2. The combined appraised value and sale of the properties were ordered by the Budapest XX., XXI. and XXIII. District Court in its final and binding order no. 0106-12.Vh.244/2025/37. The Hungarian State holds a right of first refusal on the properties. (registration decision: 30136/4/2018.01.04.) According to the expert opinion commissioned by the court, the cellar is located in the Ungvári cellar system of Sátoraljaújhely, which has been part of the World Heritage since 2002. The cellar is approximately 150 meters long, provides space for 300 barrels, and the passages are approximately 2.5 meters wide with barrel vaults of 2–2.5 meters in interior height. The cellar has its own electricity meter. Accessibility of the cellar row: Proceeding North on Kazinczy Ferenc Street, it is located on the left side, approximately 1 km from the center.
